全程心理护理对帕金森合并焦虑症患者的影响

Effects of whole course psychological nursing on Parkinson's with anxiety

目的:探讨全程心理护理对帕金森合并焦虑症患者的影响。方法:将2015年1-12月在我院住院治疗的88例帕金森并发焦虑症患者根据护理方式不同分为常规护理组(40例)和全程心理组(48例),并比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后焦虑症状改善情况以及对护理服务满意度。结果:治疗和护理前,全程心理组和常规护理组患者HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗和护理后,全程心理组和常规护理组患者HAMD评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);全程心理组患者临床治疗总有效率和对护理服务满意度显著高于常规护理组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程心理护理干预将明显减轻帕金森并发焦虑症状患者的焦虑状态,该护理方式值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efect of psychological nursing on Parkinson’s with anxiety. Methods： 88 cases were randomly divided into the routine care group （n=40） and whole psychological group （n=48） according to diferent nursing methods from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015. Results： There was no signifcant diference in HAMD scores between the groups before treatment and nursing （P〉0.05）. There was a signifcant diference in the HAMD scores between the groups after treatment and nursing （P〈0.05）. The total efciency and the satisfaction degree in the whole psychological group were signifcantly higher than those in the routine nursing group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The whole nursing intervention will alleviate the anxiety state of Parkinson’s patients with anxiety symptoms, and should be popularized and applied.
