摘要 非洲大陆土著人利用多种植物作为茶饮料资源,本文介绍了博士茶Rooibos、巧茶Chat、小花风车子Kinkeliba、海岸蜜树茶Horuybush tea等4种非洲常用的茶饮料植物的历史、开发、利用及其在世界的传播。 In Africa,a variety of plants are used as tea beverage resources. In this paper,we introducedfour kinds of tea beverage plants commonly used in Africa,such as Rooibos,Chat,Kinkeliba and Horuybush tea. We introduced the history,development,utilization and spread in the world of the four kinds oftea beverage plants.
