摘要
采用乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性筛选模型,对五种广东野生蕨类植物的石油醚及乙酸乙酯萃取物进行乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性的初步研究。结果表明,石油醚萃取物中,样品浓度为10 mg/mL时,肾蕨、金毛狗和芒萁对乙酰胆碱酯酶的平均抑制率较高,分别为73.35%,67.32%,58.5%;铺地蜈蚣的平均抑制率相对较低,为32.88%左右;海金莎的抑制率为负值,对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性没有抑制,表现出一定的增强作用。样品浓度为1 mg/mL时,海金沙的平均抑制率最低,约为15.86%,其次是铺地蜈蚣,22.83%,其余四种植物均大于40%。乙酸乙酯萃取物中,样品浓度为10 mg/mL时,芒萁的平均抑制率最低,为22.74%,其余四种蕨类的抑制率均较高,都在50%以上。样品浓度为1 mg/mL时,芒萁的平均抑制率最低,为11.1%,其次是金毛狗,平均抑制率为30.9%,其余三种蕨类的抑制率均大于40%。同种植物在相同浓度时,不同溶剂萃取物对乙酰胆碱酯酶呈现不同的抑制效果。本研究为从野生蕨类植物筛选乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂提供参考。
To research the acetylcholinesterase(ACh E) inhibitory activity of five ferns extracts which were collected from Guangdong province,screening model of acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity were used.The results showed that at 10 mg/mL of petroleum ether extract,Nephrolepis auriculate,Cibotium barometz and Dicranopteris dichotoma demonstrated higher inhibitory activity,which were 73.35%,67.32%,58.5% respectively.Lower inhibitory activity was seen in Palhinhaea cernua and negative inhibitory activity in Lygodium japonicum;At 1 mg/mL of petroleum ether extract,Lygodium japonicum showed the lowest inhibitory activity,which was 15.86%,and Palhinhaea cernua came next with 22.83%,and the remaining four ferns were all above 40%.At 10 mg/mL of ethyl acetate extract,Dicranopteris dichotoma was seen with the lowest inhibitory activity,which was 22.74%,while the remaining four ferns were all above 50%;at 1 mg/mL of ethyl acetate extract,Dicranopteris dichotoma was still seen with the lowest inhibitory activity,which was 11.1%,and Cibotium barometz came next with 30.9%,the remaining three ferns were all above 40%.Different solvent extracts showed different inhibitory activity at the same concentration with the same fern plant.
