摘要
通过野外调查与民间走访,整理统计大盘山国家级自然保护区维管类森林蔬菜408种(含变种),隶属92科240属,包括蕨类植物9种,双子叶植物353种,单子叶植物46种。区内森林蔬菜以草本居多,主要优势科为菊科、百合科、蓼科,主要采食部位为叶部。此外,文中列出了区内具有较高食疗价值的常见森林蔬菜种类及其药用功效与自然生境。讨论分析了大盘山区森林蔬菜资源的特色,并结合地区发展就资源的保护与创新应用提出建议。
408 species(variant included) of vascular forest vegetables,including 353 species of dicotyledon,46 species of monocotyledon and 9 species of pteridophyte,which belong to 240 genera and 92 families,were found in Dapanshan National Nature Reserve by field survey and local interview.The majority of the forest vegetables in the reserve were herbaceous,with Compositae,Liliaceae,and Polygonaceae being the dominant families,while the main edible part was leaves.In addition,the most common species of forest vegetables of high dietotherapy and health care value in the reserve were selected,and their classification and natural habitats were summarized.Moreover,characteristics of the forest vegetables resources of the reserve were thoroughly discussed,and suggestions of how to protect and innovatively utilize the forest vegetables resources in the local development were proposed.
