江苏省地下水水位红线控制水平评估方法探讨

Assessment Method on Red Lines of Groundwater Table Control Level in Jiangsu Province

江苏省人民政府于2013年划定了地下水水位控制红线,是我国率先实施地下水水位红线控制的省份之一。从江苏水文地质条件和地下水开发利用实际出发,提出了地下水水位红线控制水平评估的体系、标准及方法,适用于对省、市、县及乡镇的地下水水位红线控制管理工作评估,为掌握地下水资源管理成效、客观反映地下水水位红线控制水平提供了一套管理辅助评估方法体系。

The red lines of groundwater table were designated by the People＇s Government of Jiangsu Province in 2013, which is one of the earliest implementation of the red line control in China. Based on the hydrogeological conditions and groundwater exploitation and utilization in Jiangsu Province, the standards and methods for assessment of the control level for the red lines of groundwater table were proposed, which could be used to evaluate groundwater table control management for provincial, city, county and township levels. Moreover, a set of accessory management assessment system could be provided for effective groundwater resources management and objectively reflecting the control levels of the red lines of groundwater table.
