中医药文化是中医药发展的动力和源泉,在历史上,由于受着农耕视域的局限、天人思想的固着、儒家规制的束缚及圆周思维的禁锢,强烈的历史依赖,祖训意识和复古情节,对文化源头过分迷恋和崇拜,使中医药文化发展呈现"理论玄化,实践泛化,发展退化"等趋势。中医药文化要担起中医药伟大复兴先行者的历史使命,就要正视传统中医药文化中隐存的历史局限,解蔽中医药学中的非科学思想,阻断文化糟粕传播的思想基础源流、系统传递源流、强制推行源流、群众积淀源流和国际负向延展源流,取其精华,使中医药文化理论创新,实践优化。

The culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the source and the driving force of Chinese medicine development.In the history,due to the limitations of farming horizon,heaven-human thought,the constraint from Confucian regulation and circular thought,the source of culture is over-infatuated and over-admired,which makes the culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine metaphysical and even degenerate.The culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine should face the historical limitations to take on the mission of Chinese medicine revitalization,demask unscientific ideology in Traditional Chinese Medicine,cut off diffusion sources of culture dross,promote the essence and make the culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine advanced in theory and practice.
