三种木本植物果肉类植物油的开发与利用

Development and Utilization of Fatty Oil from Three Kinds of Woody Plants' Pulp

木本油料植物种类繁多,其油脂主要来源于种子,即种仁。以果肉为主提取脂肪油的植物种类主要集中在樟科、木犀科、棕榈科,已经广泛开发利用的主要有3种,即产于美洲的鳄梨、产于地中海地区的油橄榄和产于非洲的油棕。本文主要报道这3种植物的开发历史及应用。

There are variety of woody oil plants in the world, the main oil is derived from the oil plants’seeds. Plant species that fatty oil from pulp extraction mainly in the Lauraceae, Oleaceae, Palmacea, havewide development and utilization, such as avocado, olive and oil palm which come from America, Mediterranean region and Africa respectively. In this paper, we reported the history of development and utilizationof avocado, olive and oil palm.
