不同居群野生鱼腥草地下茎组织结构及农艺性状的初步研究

Study on Tissue Structure and Agronomic Traits of Wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb. in Different Populations

选取我国南方地区8个不同居群的野生鱼腥草,对各居群野生鱼腥草的地下茎组织结构(茎壁厚、地下茎横截面直径、髓腔大小、大维管束面积、小维管束面积及维管束数量)及地上、地下部主要农艺性状进行了初步研究。试验结果证明,部分野生居群鱼腥草地下茎的组织结构及农艺性状的指标有极显著差异。总体对照比较,鱼腥草的地下茎组织结构及农艺性状以云南昆明、重庆合川、广西南宁三个居群表现较好,其结果对野生居群的栽培选育、合理开发与利用有一定的指导作用。

Eight different groups of wild Cordate Houttuynia in southern China were selected, and the various organizational structure （ stem thickness, various cross sectional diameter, the size of the medullarycavity, large vascular bundle area, small vascular bundle area and vascular bundle number）and theground and underground part main agronomic traits were given. Test results show that, some wild groupsof H. cordata rhizomatous organization structure and agronomic traits of indicators have significant differences. Through overall comparison, heartleaf houttuynia herb rhizome tissue structure and agronomic traitsin Kunming of Yunnan, Hechuan of Chongqing, Nanning of Guangxi tend to do well. This results havecertain guiding role to the cultivation and breeding of wild population, the reasonable development and utilization.
