马蔺[Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis(Fisch.)Koidz.]为鸢尾科(Iridaceae)鸢尾属(Iris)多年生草本植物,是传统的药用植物资源,主要含黄酮类、苯醌类和茋类等成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、保肝等生理活性。本文通过系统的文献调研,从马蔺的名称考证、用途、化学成分、药理活性等方面对其近年来的研究进展进行综述,为其深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
