The Exploration of Vocational Education Serving Precision in Poverty Alleviation

以如何挖掘职业教育精准扶贫的功效为主题,首先基于比较的视角,从施策内容、施策目标、施策对象、施策成效等四个方面阐述了职业教育精准扶贫的独特优势,从而实现职业教育与精准扶贫在理论上的深度耦合,并对现实中观念保守落后、基础条件薄弱、运行机制不畅、培养方向失准等职业教育服务于精准扶贫的制约因素进行分析,在此基础上从战略上提出了相应的选择路径。

Firstly, based on the comparative perspective, this paper expounds the unique advantages oprecision education in vocational education from four aspects： policy content, policy objective, policy objecand policy effect, so as to realize the in depth combination of vocational education and povertalleviation.The restricting factors of vocational education are also analyzed, such as “conservative concepbackward”, “weak basic conditions”, “sluggish operating mechanism”, “training orientation, inaccurateand other vocational education services. On the basis of this, the corresponding reaction from the strategipoint of view is put forward.
