摘要
基于TAFE视角下对于职业教育教师能力的具体解构,针对高职院校青年教师"双师"成长发展,构建了"三段四维递进式"双师培养模式,提出在不同阶段、不同维度上青年教师成长的目标及要求,以实现高职院校青年教师培养系统化。
With specific deconstruction of teachers’ ability in vocational education based on TAFE, the study aims at the development of young teachers’ dual-qualification in high vocational colleges, and the “three-stage and four-dimensional progressive model” has been constructed. The goals and requirements of young teachers' growth in different stages and different dimensions are put forward, and the cultivation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges are systematized.
