摘要
目的:探讨某医院创口分泌物培养病原菌情况并对其抗生素耐药情况,为临床用药及耐药菌调查提供依据。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月收治的患者进行创面分泌物细菌培养及药敏实验。结果:在送检分泌物培养阳性的321株细菌中,革兰阳性菌151株,占47.0%;革兰阴性菌166株,占51.7%;真菌4株,占1.3%。革兰阳性球菌对达托霉素、利奈唑胺、万古霉素较敏感,革兰阴性杆菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦等较为敏感。结论:某医院患者分泌物培养出病原菌分布广泛,并且对部分药物已呈现较高耐药性。合理用药及联合用药对于减少耐药菌的产生有重要的作用。
Objective: To discuss the cultivation of pathogens from wound secretion and their antibiotic resistance,and to provide the basis for clinical medication and drug-resistant bacteria survey. Methods: The patients from January 2015 to December 2016 in the hospital were selected to make the cultivation of pathogens from wound secretion and the drug susceptibility test. Results: In the 321 positive strains of bacteria cultured from secretion,151 strains were gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 47 %; Gram negative bacteria were 166 strains,accounting for 51. 7 %;Fungus was 4 strains,accounting for 1. 3 %. Gram positive bacteria were sensitive to daptomycin,linezolid and vancomycin,and Gram negative bacteria were sensitive to meropenem,imipenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,etc. Conclusion: The pathogens cultivated from wound secretion are widely distributed,and some drugs have shown higher drug resistance. The rational use of drugs and drug combinations play important roles in reducing the formation of drug-resistant bacteria.
