中国大陆地区孕妇弓形虫感染率及危险因素的Meta分析 被引量:2

Meta-analysis of the infection rate and risk factors of toxoplasma infection among pregnant women in China's Mainland

摘要 目的:系统评价中国孕妇弓形虫感染率及危险因素,为制定预防策略提供依据。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普和Pub Med中英文数据库中有关我国孕妇弓形虫感染率及危险因素的原始研究,按照纳入排除标准剔除不合要求的研究,共纳入18篇文献,采用Meta Analyst Beta 3.13软件和Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:合并弓形虫感染率为8.10%(95%CI:6.80%-9.70%)。不良饮食习惯、动物接触史、不良孕产史、农村(郊区)、高龄孕妇合并暴露相对危险度(RR)值及95%CI分别(1.43,1.22-1.68)、(2.96,1.95-4.49)、(5.52,3.65-8.37)、(1.37,1.20-1.57)、(1.31,1.05-1.64)。结论:中国大陆地区孕妇弓形虫感染率较高,不良饮食习惯、动物接触史、不良孕产史、农村(郊区)、高龄孕妇是孕妇弓形虫感染的危险因素,应针对孕妇人群中存在的可改变的危险因素进行早期干预。 Objective: To systematically review the toxoplasma infection rate and risk factors among pregnant women in China's Mainland,so as to provide references for prevention strategies. Methods: The original study on the toxoplasma infection rate and risk factors in pregnant women in China were searched in databases as Pub Med,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang. 18 published studies were finally included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Meta Analyst Beta 3. 13 software and Rev Man 5. 2 software were adopted to make the Meta-analysis. Results: The results showed that the toxoplasma infection rate was 8. 10%( 95 % CI: 6.80 %-9. 70 %) in Chinese pregnant woman. The combined exposure relative risk( RR) and 95% CI of bad eating habits,animal contact,abnormal gestation,village( suburb) and senile gravida were 1. 43( 1. 22,1. 68),2. 96( 1. 95,4. 49),5. 52( 3. 65,8. 37),1. 37( 1. 20,1. 57) and 1. 31( 1. 05,1. 64) respectively.Conclusion: Toxoplasma infection rate among pregnant women in China's Mainland is higher,poor eating habits,animal contact,abnormal gestation,village( suburb)and senile gravida are toxoplasma infection risk factors among pregnant women. The changeable risk factors should be targeted to the pregnant women for early intervention.
