无缝隙护理改善经介入治疗后老年冠心病患者的预后

Prognosis of seamless nursing for improving elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨无缝隙护理改善介入治疗后老年冠心病患者的预后。方法:选择2015年12月至2017年1月诊治的老年冠心病患者180例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各90例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予无缝隙护理,两组护理观察时间为3个月,对比两组患者急性冠脉综合征的发生率及患者的生活质量。结果:护理期间观察组有2例因急性冠脉综合征再入院,心脏事件发生发生率为2.2%;对照组有11例因急性冠脉综合征再入院,心脏事件发生发生率为12.2%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者的各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理在介入治疗后老年冠心病患者中的应用能降低急性冠脉综合征的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,有较好的应用价值。

Objective： To explore the prognosis of seamless nursing for improving elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 180 cases of patients with senile coronary heart disease from December 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given seamless care on the basis of conventional nursing. All patients accepted nursing for 3 months. Results： There were 2 cases of recurrence caused by acute coronary syndrome in observation group,and the incidence of cardiac events was 2. 2 %; there were 11 cases in control group,with the occurrence rate at12. 2 %,which was significantly higher than that in observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After nursing,the life quality score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Seamless nursing can reduce the incidence of acute coronary syndrome and improve the patient’s quality of life,which has very good application value for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
