深圳市校内中小学生骨折知识和行为调查

摘要 目的了解深圳市中小学生骨折的认知和高危行为情况,为制定针对中小学生骨折健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取深圳市中小学生5 116名为调查对象,分析不同人群骨折的认知和危险行为特征。结果 13.1%的中小学生能正确判断是否骨折;多数认知方面男生的认知程度高于女生,不同年级学生骨折相关知识的正确回答率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。危险行为方面男生高于女生,不同年级,学生的骨折相关的危险行为相差很大(P<0.05)。结论中小学生对骨折伤害的总体认知水平很低;存在相关的危险行为,以健康教育为主导的干预行为中,应根据不同的人群特点,有针对性地开展预防骨折相关知识和现场急救等技能的健康教育。 Objective To explore the cognition and high risk behaviors related to fractures among elementary and middle school students in Shenzhen so as to provide scientific basis for the development of health education program for elementary and middle school students. Methods A stratified sampling method was used to choose a total of 5 116 students in Shenzhen city. The participants were surveyed on the cognition and high risk behaviors related to fractures. Result 13.1% of sampled students correctly judged "whether a person had a fracture"; In terms of the fracture cognitive level, boy group was higher than girls, and the correct answer rates to questions related to fracture significantly differ among the surveyed graders(P〈0.05). Likewise, risk behaviors were higher in boys than in girls, and risk behaviors related to fracture were significantly different in surveyed graders(P〈0.05). Conclusion The overall cognitive level of fracture injury is very low in elementary and middle school students in Shenzhen. There are also some risk behaviors related to fracture. Health education corresponding to these characteristics of different graders must be carried out in the future.
