在反腐新常态下,通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方式,对公务员的思想动态加以分析研究,提出要通过加强公务员的职业生涯规划、提升公务员的政德境界、提高公务员的法治思维和依法办事的能力等多种方式来促进公务员的健康成长。

The article analyzed ideological trend of civil servants by means of questionnaire survey and individual interview and put forward to promote the healthy growth of the civil servants in a variety of ways such as strengthening career planning and promotion of politicking state,improving ability to handle affairs according to law of civil servants.
