Implementation Evaluation of Urban Growth Boundaries under the New Data Environment

城市增长边界(UGBs)是新版《城乡规划法》中的强制性内容,其实施效果的评估是城市规划学界和实践界共同关注的热点。回顾近年来新数据环境,对如何利用土地利用许可数据、人类移动数据和活动数据等新数据,进行了更系统、更深入、更多元、更广泛的实施评估研究,并且对研究方法进行了总结。这些方法对城市规划以及规划实施具有一定的借鉴意义,为未来中国的城市研究、规划设计和政策制定带来新的启示和参考。

Urban Growth Boundaries （UGBs） become a mandatory requirement in the newest edition of Urban and Rural Planning Law. The implementation evaluation of it is getting increasing attention. This article reviews the newest researches and case studies about the implementation evaluation of UGBs under the new data environment, and how to use new data to fulfll deeper, broader, more systematic, and more diverse researches. The methods of UGBs implementation evaluation summarized in the article could provide some references for the further study of urban planning and policy-making.
