护士压力状况的调查分析

Investigation on Compressive Stress State of the Nurses

目的了解当前护士的压力状况 ,设法调整其工作方式方法 ,以便最大限度地调动护士的工作积极性和创造性。方法采用随机抽样的方法对 5 0 6名护士进行问卷调查。结果 4 0 5 %护士工作压力感较强 ,有 4 4 9%的压力来源于工作任务繁重 ,19 6 %源于知识不够用和技能不熟练。中级技术职务护士的压力 4 8 7%是源于工作任务繁重 ,初级技术职务的护士压力 2 1 6 %源于知识和技能不适应工作 ;正在接受继续教育的护士压力感强于未接受教育者 (χ2 =9 72 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论应适当增加护士编制 ,调整科室人员配备 ,为护士继续教育提供条件 ,以缓解护士压力。

Objective To study the compressive stress state of the nurses at present so as to adjust their working patterns and maximize their activity and creativity.Methods Five hundred and six nurses were randomly selected for a questionnaire. Results 40.5% nurses were subject to a strong working stress: 44.9% from heavy work, 19.6% from indigent knowledge and un practised skills. The compressive stress of 48.7 % nurses with middle technical post was associated with the knowledge and skills not being seasoned with work. The compressive stress of the nurses being subject to continuous training was stronger than those being not subject to training ( P <0 05). Conclusion To increase the staff and provide opportunity for continuous training of nurses can alleviated the compressive stress of the nurses.
