2015年株洲市不同级别医疗卫生机构基本医疗保险住院疾病构成顺位分析

The Ranking Componential Analysis of Hospitalized Diseases of Inpatients with Basic Medical Insurance from Different Levels of Medical and Health Institutions in Zhuzhou City in 2015

目的:通过分析株洲市不同级别医疗卫生机构基本医疗保险参保居民住院疾病构成,优化资源分配和明确疾病防治工作重点。方法:按入院日期收集株洲市辖区医保局、农合办2015年住院病人个案信息,参照ICD-10国际标准进行分类,对住院患者疾病进行分析。结果:2015年,乡镇级医疗卫生机构最主要基本医疗保险住院系统疾病,是呼吸系统疾病;县级及以上医疗卫生机构是循环系统疾病;各级医疗卫生机构常见疾病有肺炎、慢性缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、其他椎间盘疾患、慢性支气管炎、脑梗死、肾和输尿管结石、其他慢性阻塞性肺病、高血压和糖尿病等。结论:针对各级医疗卫生机构疾病构成,加强重点专科建设,合理配置卫生资源,进一步提高健康管理服务水平。

Objective:Through analyze the hospital admissions of different levels of medical and health institutions among residents insured by Zhuzhou Basic Medical Insurance,in order to optimize the allocation of resource and clarify the focus of disease prevention and treatment. Methods:Information from each hospital admission in 2015 was collected,based on the date of admission,through Zhuzhou area medical insurance bureau and agricultural cooperatives,disease diagnosed at admission was classified using ICD-10 international standard,and we analyzed the distribution of these hospital admissions by disease. Results:The most system diseases were respiratory diseases of hospitalized residents in the basic medical insurance in township health care institutions in 2015,and the most system diseases were circulatory diseases in above counties' medical and health institutions,and the common hospitalized residents in the basic medical insurance in 2015 in all levels of medical and health institutions were pneumonia,chronic ischemic heart disease,malignant tumor,intervertebral disc disease,chronic bronchitis,cerebral infarction,renal and ureteral calculi,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,high blood pressure and diabetes. Conclusion:To better improve the level of health management services,it could be achieved by rational allocation of health resources,and strengthening the construction of key specialties by the disease composition of different levels of medical and health institutions.
