消化性溃疡病患儿的社会参与护理

摘要 目的寻求学龄期消化性溃疡病患儿有效的治疗、护理措施。方法将 6 2例消化性溃疡病患儿分为对照组 (30例 )和护理组 (32例 )。对照组采用常规药物治疗 ;护理组在常规治疗的基础上 ,指导家长和老师参与护理。观察 6个月 ,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组患儿症状消失和治愈时间比较 ,均P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著性意义。结论医护人员在对患儿进行药物治疗的同时 ,指导家长主导式护理和老师协同式护理 ,有助于儿童消化性溃疡病的治疗 。 Objective To investigate the effective treatments and nursing measures for school age child digestive ulcer. Methods Sixty two children with digestive ulcer were randomly divided into control group ( n =30) and nursing group ( n =32). In the control group, the children with digestive ulcer received routine treatments, while in the nursing group, parent and teachers were involved in the nursing procedures besides the children were subject to the routine treatments. During a follow up of 6 months, the effectiveness of child digestive ulcer was compared between the two groups.Results In the nursing group, the time of symptom disappearance and recoverytime were significantly shortened (all P <0 05).Conclusion At the same time of medical treatment for child digestive ulcer, medical and nursing staff should direct parent and teachers engaging in the nursing care, whilch would be helpful to the treatment of the child digestive ulcer.
