国内外溴甲烷必要用途豁免趋势发展 被引量:6

摘要 溴甲烷是使用最为广泛的熏蒸剂,但由于其破坏臭氧层,《蒙特利尔议定书》哥本哈根修正案要求发达国家在2005年、发展中国家在2015年全部淘汰消耗臭氧层的溴甲烷(ODS用途,即消耗臭氧层物质用途)。但是由于一些必要用途,仍有部分溴甲烷在2015年后被豁免应用。
