菊芋新品种青芋4号的选育

A New Jerusalem Artichoke Variety — ‘Qingyu No.4'

青芋4号是经系统选育出的优良加工型早熟菊芋新品种。该品种块茎分布较集中,平均块茎质量47.3 g,表面光滑,须根少。块茎呈纺锤形,表皮淡紫色,肉白色。块茎品质优良,粗蛋白含量2.51%、可溶性糖23.56%,粗纤维1.16%,粗脂肪(干基)0.02%,含水量72.12%。丰产性好,川水地和浅山地平均每667 m^2产量分别为2 263 kg和1 463 kg。适宜在青海省东部川水地、浅山地和柴达木盆地种植。

‘Qingyu No.4＇ is a new jerusalem artichoke variety of superior processing type developed by systematic selection.Its tuber distribution is relatively concentrated.The average tuber weight is 47.3 g.The tuber is of fusiform shape,its peel is lavender,and its flesh is white in color.The tuber surface is smooth with less fibril root.Its tubers are of good quality.The contents of crude protein,soluble sugar,crude fiber,crude fat,and water are 2.51%,23.56%,1.16%,0.02%（dry basis）and 72.12%,respectively.It can yield high.Its average yields in irrigated and shallow mountain areas can reached 33.9 t·hm^（-2） and 21.9 t·hm^（-2）,respectively.It is suitable to be planted in irrigated and shallow mountain areas at eastern part of Qinghai Province and Qaldam Basin.
