摘要
本文主要介绍了苯胺废水使用次氯酸钠脱色的原理,分析了影响脱色效果的因素,通过小试试验,寻找最佳操作条件,并针对装置运行现状对原有脱色系统进行升级改造,进一步降低次氯酸钠消耗,提高脱色效果,使污水稳定达标排放。
This paper mainly introduces the principle of decolorization of Aniline Wastewater by sodium hypochlorite,The factors influencing decolorization effect were analyzed,The optimum operation condition was found by small scale test,According to the running status of the equipment,the original decolorization system is upgraded,Further reducing the consumption of sodium hypochlorite,Improve decoloration effect,Make the sewage stable and discharge up to standard.
