浅谈闭式冷却水塔常见故障及处理办法

闭式冷却水塔因其结构简单、可靠性高等优点在压气场站中广泛应用,提供离心式压缩机正常运行所必需的润滑油、电机、变频器的循环水的冷却,是压缩机辅助系统的核心设备。榆林首站闭式冷却水塔投运后,因设备故障,运行不稳造成对循环水冷却不佳,从而影响了润滑油、电机、变频器的冷却效果。现将常见故障及实际运行过程中特殊问题隐患排查思路及处理方法总结如下,并提出解决措施,作为以后工作的参考资料。

The closed cooling tower is widely used in gas station because of its simple structure and high reliability. It is the core equipment of auxiliary system and provide the lubricating oil required for the normal operation of the centrifugal compressor,or circulating water used for the motor and the inverter. The inadequate cooling water caused by the instable operation of cooling water tower in Yulin station that put into operation contributed to the poor cooling effect of the lubricating oil,the motor and the frequency converter. The common faults and treatment in the actual operation process are summarized as follows,and solutions are proposed,which will serve as a reference for future work.
