摘要
本文针对原油集输过程中硫化氢浓度较高的现状,分析研究硫化氢成因及防治措施。通过大量室内实验,研发出一种多效除硫剂YD-02。投加质量浓度≥300mg/L时,脱硫率≥97.5%,杀菌率≥99%,与其他助剂配伍性好。YD-02在集输站点投加,投加后平均脱硫率≥97.7%,平均杀菌率99.4%,可有效脱除原油中的硫化氢,同时防止次生硫化氢的生成,除硫剂YD-02的投加起到了一剂多效的效果。
This paper provides an insight into the formation of hydrogen sulfide and offers solutions in view of the high concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the process of oil gathering and transportation. A multi effect sulfur removal agent YD-02 has been developed through a number of laboratory experiments. The desulfurization rate is above 97.5% and the sterilization rate is larger than 99% when the dosage of the agent is up to 300 mg/L. YD-02 has good compatibility with other additives. The average desulfurization rate is more than 97.7% and the average sterilization rate reaches 99.4% as a result of the addition of YD-02 in the gathering site. Furthermore,YD-02 can remove hydrogen sulfide in crude oil effectively and prevent the secondary hydrogen sulfide from formation.
