间歇性正压充气装置在超长宽比皮瓣中的应用

The Applicatin of the Intermittent Positive Pressure Inflating Device in the Large Length-to-width Ratio Flaps

目的:探讨间歇性正压充气装置应用于超长宽比例皮瓣中,对皮瓣成活的影响。方法:2015年9月至2016年8月在14例患者中应用间歇性正压充气装置,术后观察皮瓣一般情况。结果:术后3d换药可见12例皮瓣尖端肤色正常,仅2例耳廓严重撕脱伤稍显青紫,术后7d皮瓣末端血运已大部分恢复正常,仅有1.0cm×0.5cm表皮坏死结痂,经换药后痊愈。结论:间歇性正压充气装置可促进超长宽比例皮瓣成活,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of intermittent positive pressure inflating device in the large length-to-width ratio faps and the survial rate of those faps. Methods From September 2015 to August 2016, the equipment was used in 14 large length-to-width ratio faps and the results were observed. Results 3 days after the operation, there were purplish in 2 auricular flaps while there were not purplish and avascular necrosis in other 12 flaps. 7 days after operation, the 2 purplish faps were observed most survived with only 1.0cm×0.5cm epidermal nerosis which cured after several days dressing. Conclusion The intermittent positive pressure infating device can increase the survival ratio of large length-to-width and help surgeons to get better clinical effects.
