诊断蜡型在前牙美容修复中的临床应用研究

Clinical Application Study on Diagnostic Wax Pattern in the Aesthetic of Anterior Teeth Restorations

目的:比较诊断蜡型修复和常规修复在前牙美容修复中的临床应用效果。方法:选取60例前牙美容修复的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组采用诊断蜡型进行美学修复,对照组直接采取常规方法修复。治疗后由患者对修复体外形及修复后面部整体外观进行满意度评价,记录两组患者修复体初戴时每单位修复体所用时间。采用SPSS22.0软件统计分析两组数据的差异。结果:患者对修复体外形及修复后面部整体外观的满意度方面实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组初戴时每单位修复体调改时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:在前牙美容修复中,诊断蜡型修复可以提高患者对美学效果的满意度,且能够缩短每单位修复体初戴时间。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of diagnostic wax pattern and conventional method in anterior teeth restorations. Methods Sixty patients with esthetic problems in their anterior teeth were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （n=30）. In the experimental group, patients were treated with diagnostic wax pattern, while the patients in the control group were taken with conventional method. The satisfaction with prostheses and facial appearance was evaluated by patients. The initial time for each unit of prosthesis in both groups was recorded. SPSS 22 software was used to analyze the difference between the two sets of data. Results The satisfaction rate of the patients on prostheses and facial appearance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The initial time for each unit of prosthesis was signifcantly shorter in the experimental group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In anterior teeth restorations, diagnostic wax pattern can improve the patients satisfaction with the esthetic outcome, and shorten the initial time for each unit of prosthesis.
