摘要 主要阐述了钠离子通道的结构和功能、拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的作用机理,总结了中华按蚊钠离子通道中与拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂抗性相关的kdr突变及其抗性机理,为后续中华按蚊抗性机制的深入研究提供了理论依据。 We introduced the structure and function of sodium channel,the mode of action of pyrethroidsidentification and functional character-ization of pyrethroid resistance-associated sodium channel mutations from Anopheles sinensis, which would provide the molecular basis for further study of resistance mechanism of Anopheles sinensis to pyrethroid insecticides.
