摘要
采用局部极值步长法和峭度准则,实现了形态学运算结构元素的自适应选择。改良了基于广义形态学闭开差值运算的相关算法,改善了获取轴承弱故障特征的效果。仿真信号及实测故障振动信号的分析表明,所提出诊断方法的诊断效果优于传统的广义形态学分析方法,该诊断方法能够较准确地提取滚动轴承微弱故障特征。
According to local extreme step and kurtosis criterion,an adaptive method was suggested to select structure elements of morphology operations herein.Fault diagnosis results of acquiring bearing weak fault was improved with the modified generalized morphological closed and open margin operation algorithm.The analyses of the simulated signals and the measured vibration signals show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional generalized morphological analysis in the diagnosis of weak faults of rolling bearings.The analysis method suggested herein may obtain rolling bearing weak fault features quickly and accurately.
