摘要
针对突出矿井自燃煤层高冒区CO,从采动影响、通风、传热等方面详细阐述了平煤十二矿己16-17-17120回风巷高冒区CO产生的原因。针对该矿己16-17-17120回风巷高冒区的特点,提出了综合运用喷浆、注凝胶、注氮气3种技术的防灭火措施。实践证明:喷浆、注凝胶、注氮气技术相互配合能够有效处理并预防高冒区煤层自燃,是预防突出矿井自燃煤层下分层高冒区火灾的理想途径。
Aiming at the CO distributed in the high falling zone of spontaneous combustion coal seam in outburst coal mine,the causes of CO in the roadway high falling zone of 16-17-17120 backwind roadway of 12 Mine of Pingdignshan Coal Mine Group are discussed from the aspects of mining influence,ventilation and heat transfer. According to the characteristics of the high falling zone of 16-17-17120 backwind roadway of the mine,the fire prevention techniques based on the three techniques of shotcrete,injecting freezing gum and nitrogen injection. The application results show that the spontaneous combustion coal seam can be prevented effectively by using the combination techniques of shotcrete,injecting freezing gum and nitrogen injection,and it is the ideal way for the prevention of the fire of the high falling zone of the lower layer of spontaneous combustion coal seam in outburst coal mine.
