二甲双胍对非典型抗精神病药物所致代谢综合症的影响

The Effect of Metformin on Metabolic Syndrome Induced by Atypical Antipsychotic Drugs

目的:研究二甲双胍对非典型抗精神病药物所致的代谢综合征的治疗效果,为临床干预提供依据。方法:调取2013-2015年我院收治的100例非典型抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征患者为研究对象,根据干预方式的不同分为药物组和非药物组,药物组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,非药物组给予运动加食疗,比较两组患者持续治疗3个月后的腰围、体质指数、血压、血糖及血脂。结果:两组患者相比治疗前的各项指标均有所改善,药物组患者经二甲双胍治疗3个月后相比非药物组的腰围、体质指数、舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖、饭后2h血糖、血清甘油三酯指标比较差异均有显著性意义(t=-7.46,P<0.001;t=-7.28,P<0.001;t=-3.48,P<0.001;t=-2.10,P<0.05;t=-5.75,P<0.001;t=-7.05,P<0.001;t=-7.24,P<0.001),仅高密度脂蛋白胆固醇改善不显著。结论 :二甲双胍治疗非典型抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征效果满意,可有效控制患者的血糖、血脂、血压水平,同时纠正其体重增加与糖代谢紊乱的情况。

Objective：To study the effect of metformin on metabolic syndrome induced by atypical antipsychotic drugs,and provide the research basis for clinical intervention.Methods：A total of 100 cases from 2013-2015 in our hospital antipsychotic induced metabolic syndrome patients as the research object,according to different interventions for drug group and non drug group,drug group was given metformin treatment,non drug group was treated with exercise and diet,compared two groups of patients with continuous treatment of waist circumference and body mass index blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid after 3months.Results：The two groups,compared the indexes before treatment were improved.There were significant differences in,waist circumference,body mass index,BDP,SDP,FBG,PG2 h,TG index respectively between two groups（t=-7.46,-7.28,-3.48,-2.10,-5.75,-7.05,-7.24;P 〈0.05）,only HDL-C was not significantly improved（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of metformin on metabolic syndrome is satisfactory,which can effectively control the blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure levels,and to correct the weight gain and the disorder of glucose metabolism.
