摘要
大型火电机组的设计寿命通常为40年,而与之配套的DCS系统寿命通常为10年左右,当DCS系统接近使用寿命后运算速率和可靠性会大幅下降,表现为控制精度变差,CPU、通讯模块等硬件频繁故障,所以需要在DCS系统寿命末期对其进行改造升级。研究以山西兆光发电有限责任公司2×300 MW机组DCS系统改造升级的成功经验为例,详细介绍了TELEPERM XP升级SPPA T3000的方案、工作和问题,为国内同类型机组DCS系统的改造升级提供参考和经验。
The design life of large thermal power units are usually for 40 years,and the life of the DCS sys- tem matched with the typically around 10 years,when the DCS system close to life after the operation rate and reliability can be greatly decreased, the performance for the control accuracy, CPU, communication module and other hardware frequent failures,so we need to DCS system of life at the end of the upgrade. This paper takes Shanxi lighthouse power generation limited liability companies' 2 * 300 MW unit experi- ence successfully upgraded DCS system transformation as an example, details of the TELEPERM XP up- grade program,work and problems of the SPPA T3000, to provide reference and experience for the trans- formation of domestic same type unit DCS system upgrade.
