摘要 针对煤直接液化残渣成型机在运行中出现的钢带变形、钢带跑偏等问题进行了原因分析,其中进料不稳定、纠偏系统故障、下料阀故障等是残渣成型机故障的主要原因,通过对残渣成型机进料管线、下料阀、钢带纠偏系统及冷却系统等进行改造,极大延长了残渣成型机的安全运行周期,降低了残渣成型机钢带的采购成本,减少了检修频率。 The analysis was made on the reasons of such problems as steel belt deformation and deviation during the operation of residue molding machine of coal direct liquefaction,with the main reasons including unstable feed,correction system failure and feed valve failure. Through the modification on residue molding machine,such as feed line,feed valve,steel belt correction system and cooling system,the safe operation period of the residue molding machine was greatly extended,the steel belt purchase cost was lowered,and meanwhile the maintenance frequency was reduced.
