中风后抑郁患者的多道睡眠图研究

目的 :探讨多道睡眠图 (PSG)指标对中风后抑郁 (PSD)的诊断价值。方法 :30例研究对象分为 3组进行多道睡眠图 (PSG)检查并分析其结果 :病例组为 10例PSD患者 ,根据DSM -IV诊断标准确诊 ;对照组为 10例中风后无抑郁的患者 ;正常组为年龄、性别匹配的健康者。结果 :与对照组、正常组比较 ,病例组睡眠结构发生明显变化 ,表现为睡眠潜伏期缩短 ,REM -NREM周期次数增加 ;RER潜伏期缩短 ;REM活动度、强度、密度增加 ;S1 阶段睡眠增加 ,S2 和S3+ 4阶段睡眠减少。总睡眠时间、慢波睡眠时间比正常组少 ,但与对照组之间无差异。三组之间觉醒时间及睡眠效率无明显差异。结论 :PSD患者存在PSG指标变化 。

Objective:To explore the value of polysomnograph(PSG)in the diagnosis of post-stroke depression (PSD).Methods:Thirty subjects were devided into three groups and PSG was performed on them . Group one :10 patients with PSD conformed by DSM-IV criteria ,group two : 10 stroke patients without PSD , and group three :10 age, sex matched normal subjects . Results:Significant changes were noted in group one as compared with the other two . The main changes showed : decrease of the sleep latency , increase of the REM-NREM cycle , decrease of REM latency , increase of the REM activity,intensity and density ; increase of S 1 sleep and decrease of S 2 ,and S 3+4 . The time of the total sleep and the slow wave sleep was decreased in group one as compared with group three ; but no significant difference was found between group one and group two . No significant difference was noted in the time of wakefulness and the sleep efficiency among the three groups .Conclusion:There might be changes of PSG indexes in patients with PSD .The changes of PSG indexes might be helpful in the diagnosis of PSD.
