摘要
全球环境治理秩序继2015年巴黎协定后发生变动与整合，美国、欧盟、新兴国家以及中国的诉求随着国际秩序重建都相应改变，本文梳理国际环境治理制度的变动与整合态势，对“特朗普”时期、欧洲“黑天鹅”、新兴经济体以及中国的环境治理诉求和世界角色进行分析，从而提出中国在全球环境治理中的创新路径。
After Paris Agreement signed in 2015, Global Environmental Governance order has altered and has been integrated. With the reestablishment of international order, the appeals of the us, European Union, emerging countries and China have also changed. Studies the alteration and the integrated situation, analyzes the global role and environmental governance appeal of Trump period, European ＂black swan＂, emerging economies and China and then proposes an innovation road of China in global environmental governance.
