摘要
武警部队“蓝军”建设起步较晚，目前还尚未达到预期的专业化水准。准确把握武警部队“蓝军”的特点及发展规律，对于建设武警部队专业化“蓝军”具有重要指导意义。当前应当从理论探究、实践检验、设施配套、制度保障等方面来加强对武警部队“蓝军”的专业化建设。另外，依托多功能大型训练基地和科学化管理是“蓝军”稳步发展的保证。
The construction of the PAP＇s blue force started late. At present, it has not reached to the desired specialization level. From multiple perspectives, the professionalization of its development is urgency. Currently, we should strengthen the professionalization of the construction of the PAP blue force through the theory of inquiry, the practice test, facilities, and institutional guarantee etc. In addition, based a multifunctional large training base and the scientific management are the assurance of the blues＇ steady development.
