实战化教学训练质量决定着人才培养质量，决定着战场胜负。院校教学训练必须围绕面向战场的要求，坚持使命牵引、学员主导，牢固树立实战化教学训练理念；加强教员队伍建设，更新教学训练内容，健全考核监督机制，逐步完善实战化教学训练体系；以基地训练为依托，以对抗演练为平台，以模拟仿真为拓展，不断探索实战化教学训练模式，提高人才培养质量。

The quality of practical teaching and training determines the quality of talent training and the outcome of the battle. The teaching and training must focus on the requirements of the battlefield,adhere to the mission traction, be student-oriented, firmly set up practical teaching and training ideas ; strengthen the construction of teaching staff, renew the content of teaching and training, improve the inspection and supervision mechanism, gradually improve the actual combat teaching and training system ; rely on training bases,take confrontation drills as the platform, expand simulation, constantly explore practical teaching and training model,and improve the quality of personnel training.
