加强结核病防治体系建设提高新疆地区结核病早期发现与诊治

Strengthen the tuberculosis control system construction for improving the early detection and treatment of tuberculosis in Xinjiang Municipality

新疆是我国结核病高发地区之一,尤其是南疆地区比较明显,结核病防治刻不容缓.作者论述了必须通过加强结核病防治服务体系建设,使用有效的筛查方法和快速、敏感、特异的诊断方法可提高传染性肺结核的早期发现,预防和控制结核病的传播.同时认为,应用移动互联网及其相关电子技术提高结核病的筛查、诊断、治疗效率,严格遵照相应的诊断及治疗指南,加强基层专业队伍建设,统一规范的抗结核药物治疗方案,均对结核病早期发现及诊治具有积极的意义.

Xinjiang Municipality is one of the regions with high incidence of tuberculosis in China,especially in southern Xinjiang.Hence,tuberculosis prevention and treatment is imperative.Through effective screening methods as well as rapid,sensitive and specific diagnostic methods can early detect infectious pulmonary tuberculosis,in order to prevent and control the spread of tuberculosis.Application of mobile internet and related electronic technology can improve the efficiency of screening,diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.Following the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment,strengthen the construction of professional team at the grass-roots level,and establishing unified and standardized anti tuberculosis treatment methods are of positive significance for early detection,diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
