肺结核患者心理弹性与社会支持感知能力的特点分析

Analysis of characteristics of psychological resilience and perception of social support in tuberculosis patients

目的 探讨肺结核患者心理弹性的特点,为医护人员对肺结核患者的健康教育与心理支持提供针对性的科学依据.方法 于2015年8月至2016年7月,采用简单随机抽样法选取就诊于首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院,并经痰结核分枝杆菌培养阳性而确诊的150例肺结核患者为结核组;选取同期进行体检的健康志愿者140名为对照组.采用康纳戴维森韧性量表（connor-davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC）、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）对150例肺结核患者及140名健康志愿者进行问卷调查.结核组和对照组分别发出150份和140份调查问卷,分别收回150份和140份,有效问卷分别为150份和140份,有效率100.00％.结果 肺结核患者心理弹性总得分为（56.67±10.54）分,低于对照组[（69.98±8.32）分];坚韧性得分为（27.28±10.22）分,低于对照组[（32.43±10.22）分];自强得分为（19.07±6.02）分,低于对照组[（23.76±7.34）分];乐观性得分为（10.32±3.31）分,低于对照组[（12.79±4.03）分];差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为-6.77、-5.23、-4.54、-2.27,P值均＜0.05）.肺结核患者社会支持总得分为（53.44±12.08）分,低于对照组[（58.23±10.22）分];家庭支持得分为（18.76±5.43）分,低于对照组[（21.09±3.32）分];朋友支持得分为（15.91±4.98）分,低于对照组[（17.33±3.40）分];其他支持得分为（18.77±4.01）分,低于对照组[（19.81±4.79）分];差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为-2.78、-2.44、2.56、-2.96,P值均＜0.05）.结论 肺结核患者心理弹性普遍较差,并且社会支持感知能力差,医护人员应增加相应的心理辅导培训,针对肺结核患者的心理特点进行健康教育,更好地为患者提供心理支持.
