摘要
采用描述性流行病学研究方法,对新疆阿克苏地区2011 2015年结核病网络登记报告的结核病患者资料进行分析.结果表明:2011-2015年阿克苏地区共报告结核病患者22 131例.患者发病主要集中在50岁以上年龄组,占报告患者数的64.26%(14 221/22 131).各职业类型中,农民人群占报告患者数的87.40%(19 343/22 131).各民族类型中,维吾尔族患者占报告患者数的94.96%(21 015/22 131).阿克苏地区新和县、温宿县、沙雅县报告发病率较高,分别为215.61/10万(1956/90.72万)、209.07/10万(2651/126.80万)和208.28/10万(2798/134.34万).3月份和11月份报告患者数较多,占报告患者数的11.71%(2591/22 131)和12.39%(2742/22 131),12月报告患者数最少,占报告患者数的3.76%(832/22 131).肺结核患者主要来源于因症推荐和因症就诊,分别占报告患者数的39.03%(8638/22 131)和32.12%(7108/22 131).
The descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the data of the tuberculosis patients who had been registrated in the network of Akesu Prefecture during 2011-2015.It was found that 22 131 cases of tuberculosis patients were reported in Akesu Prefecture during 2011-2015.Patients were mainly over 50 years old,which accounted for 64.26 % (14 221/22 131) of the total patients.The dominant occupation was found to be farmers (87.40% (19 343/22 131)).The dominant nationality was found to be Uyghur nationality (94.96% (21 015/22 131)).Xinhe,Wensu and Shaya County had the higher incidence report,the registration rate of these regions were 215.61/100000 (1956/907 200),209.07/100 000 (2651/1 268 000),and 208.28/100 000(2798/1 343 400),respectively.The number of reported patients was found higher in March and November,which accounted for 11.71% (2591/22 131) and 12.39% (2742/22 131),respectively,and the least was in December (3.76%(832/22 131)).Tuberculosis patients mainly came from recommendation and treatment based symptom (39.03% (8638/22 131) and 32.12% (7108/22 131),respectively).
