目的利用精准化监管方法,确保铁路运营食品安全。方法分析铁路食品安全监管面临的机遇与挑战,借助精准化管理,将国家食品安全法规精准地落实到铁路运营食品安全的服务过程中。结果提出铁路食品安全精准化监管的基本做法。在精准定位监管对象风险因素的基础上,依托风险分级管理,建立个性化的监管保证体系,实现监管可度量的最佳效果。结论实施铁路食品安全精准化监管,精准定位,消除监管对象中存在的风险因素,确保铁路运营食品安全。

Objective To ensure the food safety of railway operation by using the method of precise supervision. Methods The opportunities and challenges of railway food safety supervision were analyzed,with precision management,the national food safety regulations accurately was implemented to the service process of food safety in railway operations. Results The basic practice of railway food safety supervision were put forward. On the basis of precise positioning of the risk factors of the regulatory object,based on the risk management,the personalized regulatory guarantee system was established to achieve the best effect of regulation. Conclusion It is suggest that implementation of the railway food safety precision regulation,accurate positioning,eliminating the risk factors exist in the supervision of the object to ensure the food safety of railway operation.
