长春市2008-2015年手足口病流行病学特征分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析长春市2008-2015年手足口病流行特征,探讨其流行规律,为及时调整防控策略提供参考依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的数据,运用描述性流行病学对2008-2015年长春市手足口病疫情数据进行分析。结果 2008-2015年长春市累计报告病例数25 683例,年均发病率为42.59/10万;累计报告重症病例529例,死亡病例11例。每年6-8月份为发病高峰,发病率最高为开发区,其次为城区。男性高于女性,2岁组年均发病率最高,随着年龄的增长发病率呈下降趋势。病原学检测阳性率为67.23%,主要以EV71和Cox A16为主,两者之间交替出现。结论长春市手足口病常年存在病例,但存在明显的季节性,地区之间存在明显的差异,重点人群为5岁以下散居儿童,病原学监测应引起重视。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological features and explore the epidemic law of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease( HFMD) in Changchun from 2008 to 2015,in order to provide reference to adjust measures of disease control and prevention promptly. Method Based on the data from China Disease Control and Prevention Information System( CDIS),the data of HFMD in Changchun from 2008 to 2015 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results 25 683 cumulative cases were reported from 2008 to 2015 in Changchun,the annual average incidence rate was 42. 59/100 000; 529 cumulative severe cases were reported,dead cases were 11. Peak period of incidence was from June to August each year. The incidence of development zone was highset,urban area secondly. The incidence of men was higher than that of women. And the incidence of 2-year-old group was highest and as the increasing of age the incidence rate showed a descending tendency. The positive rate of pathogen detection was 67. 23%,concentrating on EV71 and Cox A16 with appearing alternately. Conclusion HFMD is existed in Changchun all the year round,and there are obvious seasonal differences and regional differences. We should pay attention to the dispersion children under the age of 5 and pathogen monitoring should be taken seriously.
