Evaluation Method of Aircraft Combat Duty Ability Based on Use of Flight Test

作战值班能力是军用飞机战斗力的重要标志。本文分析了军用飞机作战值班能力的影响因素;结合试飞阶段的使用情况,建立了作战值班能力的评估模型;结合某三代机使用试飞给出了作战值班能力仿真输入,建立了仿真模型;就该型机的作战值班能力进行了仿真评估,给出了仿真结果,验证了所提出的分析方法的可行性。本文可以支持军用飞机试飞过程中使用可用度的及时分析、反馈、更改及更改后的评估,并为军方使用部门提供使用可用度优化方向决策提供依据。
