摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径干预对肠造口术患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选择2014年6月至2015年10月入住的80例结直肠癌患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,干预组应用健康教育路径对肠造口患者进行健康教育,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组患者造口相关知识掌握情况与自我管理能力的差别。结果干预组患者自我管理能力得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施健康教育路径能提高肠造口患者的自我管理能力,改善患者生存质量,促进早日康复。 Objective To examine the relationship between health education and self-management ability in patients with colostomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer who were hospitalized during June 2014 and October 2015 were included in the present study. We further divided them into two groups,with 40 patients in the intervention group and 40 in control group. Patients in the intervention group received health education additionally,while patients in the control group received routine nursing care only. We then compared knowledge about colostomy and self-management ability between the intervention and control group. Results Patients in the intervention group got significantly higher points of self-management ability(P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education has positive effect on self-management ability in patients with colostomy. Therefor it can further improve life quality of patients and promote early recovery.
