对于国内成品油销售企业而言,与互联网+相结合,实质就是一个消费和运营数据整理、流动、交换、分析、应用的过程。世界经济论坛认为,"大数据为新财富,价值堪比石油"。数据如何测度、变现和增值,需要从资产的角度进行全新审视,否则割裂存放在各种介质(硬盘、光盘、U盘、云等)上的数据,将像前工业化时代的原油,只有取暖照明的简单功能。
