摘要
拓展现有热防护系统及相关热防护材料的耐极端环境能力、探索新的热防护材料体系是发展高超声速飞行器和空天飞行器的关键技术之一。本文在对空天飞行器用热防护材料的基本需求以及热防护材料的发展历史进行简要的介绍上,着重对陶瓷基热防护材料的研究历史及现状进行了全方位回顾,并提出了今后的发展方向,以期为未来进一步发展更加高效、可靠的热防护材料提供参考。
Improving the capability of the present thermal protecting systems and thermal protecting materials to withstand the extreme environments and exploring new thermal protecting systems/materials play key roles in developing hypersonic vehicles and space planes. In this review paper, the historical prospects on development of thermal protection materials/systems for aerospace vehicles were introduced with emphasize on the past and present status of ceramics for thermal protection applications in aerospace industry. Then, future directions for development of ceramics for thermal protecting applications are proposed. This paper is our attempt to capture a snapshot of the state of the art in ceramic based thermal protections materials and is expected to be a good reference in exploring emerging high efficiency and high reliability thermal protection materials.
