Influence of air pollution on the daily number of inpatient with ischaemic heart diseases in Taiyuan city

摘要 目的探讨太原市大气污染对缺血性心脏病日住院人数的影响。方法采用生态学研究方法,收集太原市2013-09~2015-08大气污染物浓度、气象因素的资料与同期5所三级甲等医院缺血性心脏病住院患者电子病历首页,采用Spearman相关和多元线性逐步回归分析大气污染物浓度与缺血性心脏病日住院人数的相关性。结果太原市2013-09~2015-08主要大气污染物为SO_2、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)。6种大气污染物与气温的Spearman相关分析结果显示:PM_(10)、CO、PM_(2.5)分别与O_3之间呈负相关,NO_2与O_3之间无相关性,其余各污染物之间均呈正相关。气温与PM_(10)、CO之间呈负相关,与SO_2、NO_2、O_3、PM_(2.5)之间无相关性。缺血性心脏病日住院人数与SO_2、NO_2、PM_(10)、CO、O_3、PM_(2.5)之间均无相关性。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示:只有大气污染物SO_2、PM_(10)进入回归方程(回归方程检验:F=5.58,P<0.05),标准回归系数分别为0.14(P<0.05)、0.12(P<0.05)。结论大气污染物SO_2、PM_(10)与缺血性心脏病日住院人数之间存在正相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between air pollution and the daily number of inpatients with ischaemic heart diseases in Taiyuan city. Methods The air pollution concentration from AQI monitoring system,meteorological factor data from the weather network and daily number of inpatients with cardiovascular diseases from five hospitals in Taiyuan city from September 2013 to August2015 were collected and analyzed by ecological study. The correlation between air pollution and the daily number of inpatient with ischaemic heart disease were analyzed using Spearman correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The primary pollutants were SO2,PM10 and PM2.5 in Taiyuan city from September 2013 to August 2015. Spearman correlation analysis results showed that there was a negative correlation between PM10,CO,PM2.5 and O3,but no correlation between NO2 and O3. All other pollutants were positively correlated. There was a negative correlation between temperature and PM10,CO,but no correlation between temperature and SO2,NO2,O3,PM2.5. By the multiple stepwise regression analysis,only SO2 and PM10 concentrations entered the regression equation for the daily number of inpatient with ischaemic heart disease( F = 5. 58,P 〈 0. 05),and the standard regression coefficients were respectively 0. 14( P 〈 0. 05),0. 12( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between SO2,PM10 concentrations in air and the daily number of inpatient with ischaemic heart diseases.
