品管圈对提高神经外科住院患者健康教育知识知晓率的效果分析

Quality Control Circle Improve the Awareness of Health Education Knowledge for Neurosurgery Inpatients

目的探讨品管圈对提高神经外科住院患者健康教育知识知晓率的效果。方法随机选取2016年6—12月在鞍山市中心医院神经外科住院的100例患者，对这些患者实施以提高健康教育知识知晓率为目的的品管圈活动。结果对研究对象实施6个月的品管圈管理后，目标达成率为100％，患者对健康教育知识的知晓率得到提高。结论品管圈活动可以提高患者对健康教育知识的知晓率，值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective We aimed to explore the use of Quality Control Circle （QCC） to improve the awareness of health education knowledge for Neurosurgery inpatients. Methods We randomly select 100 neurosurgery inpatients in Central Hospital of Anshan, from June, 2016 to December, 2016. We performed QCC activity to improve the awareness of health education knowledge in neurosurgery inpatients. Results After six-month QCC activity, the percentage of achieving goal was 100%. The awareness rate of health education knowledge was increased in neurosurgery inpatients. Conclusion QCC can improve the awareness of health education knowledge for inpatients, and deserve extensive clinical application.
