Nursing Strategy and Experience in 32 Patients with Terminal Colostomy

目的总结结肠腹壁造口术的护理对策与体会。方法对鞍山市双山医院2010年1月-2016年10月收治的32例行结肠腹壁造口术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例患者均手术成功，术后出现造口并发症7例，经对症治疗均好转出院。结论对结肠造口术患者实施合理的护理对策能够减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective The aim of the study is to summarize the nursing strategy and experience in 32 patients with terminal colostomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 32 patients with terminal colostomy, which were collected from Shuangshan Hospital of Anshan from January, 2010 to October, 2016. Results The operations were successful in all patients. There were seven cases with stoma complication, and the seven patients were finally discharged after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The reasonable nursing strategy can significantly decrease the postoperative complication in patients with terminal colostomy.
