摘要
建立下模座起吊过程有限元分析模型,分析了起吊过程中下模座的最大变形量及最大应力,通过正交试验分析并确定了结构关键参数对起吊过程中下模座最大变形量及最大应力值的影响顺序。通过单因素变化分析了上腹板减轻孔半径、筋上减轻孔半径对起吊过程下模座变形量及最大应力值的影响情况,为模具结构的轻量化设计提供了理论依据。
Establish the finite element model of the lower die holder during lifting process.Analysis the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of the lower die holder during thelifting process. Determine the influence order of the key structure parameters for the maximumdeformation and the maximum stress through orthogonal tests. The influence of radius of reducehole on the rib and radius of reduce hole on the web were analyzed through single factorvariation. It has important theoretical guiding significance to the optimization design of the diestructure.
